Hello and welcome to my new blog. I’m a middle aged (well maybe more on the old side of middle-aged) mostly rural dwelling, Wife, Mother and Mother in law, Grandmother, Doctor, Musician and Wannabe writer. I am also an Educator. I have spent a career being involved in health education in one form or another and I see this as another opportunity to contribute to increasing health literacy and commenting on life. In the last decade I have developed a love for travel and will share some of that with you from time to time. Finally I am unashamedly Christian and my blog will be created through this lens.
So welcome to my various contemplations. I will not have set times to publish as I lead a busy life but I hope that whatever I have to offer on this site, might be of some value to you. I look forward to sharing with you.
